[EVENT] UGC Accessories

Creators can create accessories that other players can wear in the game.

When someone buys one of their accessories, the creator earns Blokoins from the sale.
It can make creators feel fulfilled to seeing people wearing hats that they created.

This would maybe encourage people to build more content in the game which is the purpose behind this idea.

In the Avatar Editor, they can select any accessory they own and equip it. Once equipped, the accessory will appear on their character in the game. Players can also switch to different ones or create an accessory.

After creating an accessory, you can put it up for sale in the marketplace.

  • Bought accessories can’t be edited.
  • Accessories position can be adjusted.
  • the price goes up the more people that buy.

This would have to be handled with the utmost care (only a select few high-quality accessory creators) to avoid falling into the same trap Roblox fell into. Quality controls, such as what types of accessories are allowed to go through, also have to be established: nothing political (flags, symbols), and anything that falls into a grey area (furry costumes, real-life celebrity faces, etc).

I agree that there should be rules and quality standards. but imo there’s no need to limit this feature to a selected group of creators when everyone can already create skins, games, and models. and for a small platform, it isn’t a major concern yet. If there is something inappropriate the moderators can easily take care of it. maybe creating new accessories could cost blokoins to prevent bad actors from doing such stuff.
