When you try to duplicate a model in any of the available ways to do it, the normal one and the linked respectively, both of them are broken, and the model that was supposed to appear duplicated actually turns into the primordial block, that black one which you begin to build a model everytime:
This has happened to me aswell, but if you rejoin the game it will clone like normally.
