A linux focused update for the Installer and Launcher was released in order to fix some issues related to writing permissions

  • Linux: Fixed an issue where the launcher .desktop file could not be written to the applications folder.
  • Linux: Fixed an issue where the Installer were running the launcher before closing its executable file.
  • Linux: Fixed an issue on the mitosis state of the launcher where the newly created executable did not have the permission to be executed.

I’m happy to say that it’s now working perfectly. :grin:

If anyone is still having any issues, do a complete uninstall by deleting the “~/.blokoto” directory and then “~/.local/share/applications/com.Moonaut.blokoto.desktop”, after that, run the new installer (which will open a password dialog for installation), then just open a project on the website and the game will be installed and started.

I have one question: The game version appearing on menu is meant to be just this 0.1.3 or am i wrong? Because i’ve tried to download the Launcher again, and displays like it was still being the 0.1.0 yet.

The game is still in 0.1.0, only the launcher and the installer got updated to new versions.

Ok, i just wanted to clear a doubt i used to have until now.
