Describe the issue
Whenever you go in any news page, you scroll to comments and try to hover over the username of anyone it pops up an UI, but it infinitely loading.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to any news page - News - Blokoto
- Scroll down to comments
- Move mouse over anyone’s name until it shows UI like in following screenshot
