Basically my problem is the same as EJota’s. I purchased a key on Google Chrome through Pix, while logged on my account, and didn’t received the emblem nor the benefits of the Founders Key.

If I paste the code (AABBCCDDFFGG), it says “Invalid Coupon”, but if I use the code with spaces (AA BB CC DD FF GG), it says that i’ve already redeemed it, but in fact I didn’t receive any of the benefits.
This is an issue related to early-access accounts that registered using an access key. Very legacy stuff!
I fixed the issue with your account, you can now redeem the founders key :)
