Can't update avatar screenshot

So, I want to upload a new screenshot to my avatar. I already did one before. But can’t update it again.

I have clicked confirm multiple times, tried rejoining, waited 10minutes.

Also, when you press “Confirm” it won’t go away, you have to manually close this.

I think there is a problem with the image cache. I need to investigate it further
