Blokoto crashes upon entry (Win 10)

Running Windows 10

Hi all - really looking forward to becoming a part of the community. However, the Blokoto client is crashing upon entry in every instance for me. Seen this before on Windows? Any quick fixes or things to check?

Crashes after screen pops up and while blokoto logo is spinning in corner, but before actually entering the game space. Same result whether trying to edit place, play other game, edit avatar, etc.

Have you tried to switch the renderer before joining any of these environments? If you aren’t aware of that, you can do this by clicking on a gear button located in the right upper corner of the splash screen (the screen that features the art collab in the beginning), then try changing to Vulkan, which is the only renderer that i recommend using at this point. The rest of others are indeed causing this behavior you’ve described.
