This happens when the block part is way too tiny in any of 3 axis at most, and disappear by itself at some manipulation point. Here is some examples:
To specify more, the block begin to bug like that when there is only 5 snaps horizontally and 1 snap vertically according to my example, and something around only 2 snaps before it leaves the square shape on the top like the other one. Maybe when reproducing it, the issue cannot be seen at first sight, but it will appear at some point.
