Nice Ideas! About [8], you can already do that by pressing Mouse 3 (middle/scroll click) on the block you want to pick :) ---

3 just paints with the block you already have i mean like lets say there was a green block i pressed 4 and clicked the green and now i have the green block sorry for wording it that way ---
