## Describe your computer specs and game version [Ex: Windows, v0.5.0]

Windows

## Describe the issue

Moving the color wheel doesn’t automatically update the hex input field as expected. It remains unchanged no matter where the color cursor is placed.

It is actually happening purely because you haven’t selected any texture layer yet, so the game has no target to change color from.

By the way, the color selector is available prematurely even before you get an actual texture to it, which is not supposed to be displayed in that place at this point, so in short this is only a visual issue that confuses.
